On Monday, Audubon and our conservation partners joined Florida Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa to celebrate passage of the RESTORE Act, returning fines from the Deepwater Horizon disaster to the Gulf states for restoration.
