Audubon and its allies worked diligently to convince the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission (ERC) to approve adoption of California’s standards to reduce vehicle fuel emissions, which would go a long way to reduce global warming pollution in Florida and save everyone money at the gas pump. Despite our best efforts, the ERC delayed their decision on approval of the California Vehicle Fuel Emissions Standards until a hearing scheduled for December 2. You can learn more here.
