Join Tropical Audubon to Explore Ways to Improve Bird Conservation in Dade County!

Tropical Audubon Society will be Meeting on May 27th at 7:30pm to discuss the County Parks Open Space Master Plan (2050) and how this can help green up Dade County, connect green spaces to improve bird conservation and quality of life for residents.

Many groups within Dade have similar concepts they are working on to GREEN up the city, this will be a forum to discuss an unify a course of action, as we find ourselves in an unprecedented decline in wildlife and viable green space in South Florida.

Let's team up! Please attend our conservation meeting May 27th, 7:30-8:30 pm at the Tropical Audubon Society headquarters:  5530 Sunset Drive, Miami Fl 33143. Parking is available in the rear off SW 55 ave.

Bring ideas you may have to reduce our carbon footprint by planting urban areas, connect corridors and helping feed and attract wildlife by planting trees, which will not only provide canopy but improve the temperature of roads and sidewalks by providing shade and become a carbon sink for the city.
