In recognition of her outstanding efforts on behalf of the America’s Everglades, Audubon Florida honored Lt. Col. Jennifer Reynolds as the 2018 Champion of the Everglades at this year’s Audubon Assembly. Despite serving during one of the wettest periods in Everglades history, Reynolds approached the challenge with resolve, openness, innovation, and kindness. Audubon applauds her strong leadership among stakeholders and attentiveness to the impacts of water management decisions. Audubon looks forward to continuing working with Lt. Col. Reynolds in her role as the Deputy District Commander for South Florida with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
