As mentioned below, it is a great thing that a pair of Bald Eagles are raising their young in a nest near Pembroke Pines, Florida. And it is an even better thing that the public is excited and supportive of the nest and family. But, sometimes too much of a good thing may indeed be a bad thing. Some are fearful that too much exposure and too many people gawking at the eaglets and parents may, in fact, be causing more harm than good. For the sake of the eagles, let us divert our attention from them to ensuring that they have a safe and conducive environment in which to raise their young. Let us not celebritize them by unleashing a paparazzi army of avian voyeurs.
