A rare bird, the recurve-bill bushbird, not seen between 1965 and 2004, was photographed in 2005 at a reserve in Colombia. The photo, courtesy of Fundacion ProAves, is the first photo of a live bushbird to be released. With a smile like that, let us hope that the bushbird poses for more cameras.
