A judge in Miami today issued  an order granting a motion for a preliminary injunction filed by the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians which will delay groundbreaking on the initial mile of the Tamiami Trail bridge project. "This is a terrible injustice for the Everglades and for the people of Florida. We and our partners will do everything in our power to see this decision undone so we can get water flowing back into the Everglades." said David Anderson, Audubon of Florida's executive director.
